You're responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your sign-in credentials safe, and for the accuracy of the data you put into the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Undivided Habit Tracker.

Undivided Habit Tracker is a tool for habit tracking, structure, reflection, and personal growth. It is not medical advice, mental-health treatment, addiction recovery treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. If you need professional help, please contact a qualified professional. You are responsible for your own choices, safety, and well-being while using the app.

Don't break the law, harass other users, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or send spam. Don't abuse the leaderboard or community features (no fake scores, impersonation, manipulation, or harassing other members). Accounts that misuse the app, leaderboard, or community features may be suspended or removed.

Habits, schedule entries, meditation notes, and other content you create belong to you. You grant us the limited right to store and display it to you so the app can function. We own the app itself, including its branding, copy, and code.

We try to keep the app available and reliable but provide it on an "as is" basis. We may add, change, or remove features and may need to pause the service for maintenance. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Danger zone, or from the public /delete-account page if you can't sign in. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

If we update these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
